Green Church – The Bible asserts that it was man’s calling form the beginning of time to manage the resources of the planet-home we have been given (Genesis 1:26). It is our sacred duty to preserve (as the salt of the earth) the earth as well as the people and their cultures. The New Testament says in Romans 8 that the whole earth waits for the revelation of the sons of God, longing for its own release from bondage. Christian stewardship demands ecological responsibility as does the lifestyle of redemption. Also, to continually allow God to be worshipped, we must preserve the beauty of nature, the original art of God, which gives expression to His beauty. The Well will involve itself in environmental preservation that does not go against our core principles.
